At Accent T-Shirts, your satisfaction is our priority. While we do not accept returns on custom-printed or embroidered goods, we offer replacements under specific conditions. This page outlines our policies and procedures for handling replacement requests.


No Returns on Custom Printed or Embroidered Goods

Why We Don’t Accept Returns:

Custom products are uniquely tailored to each customer’s specifications. Once produced, these items cannot be resold or restocked. For this reason, all custom-printed or embroidered products are considered final sale.

How We Ensure Customer Satisfaction:

  • Proofing Process: We provide a proofing process before production to ensure your design meets expectations.
  • Quality Control: Each item undergoes a thorough inspection to maintain our high-quality standards.
  • Replacement Policy: If a product is defective or does not match the approved proof, we offer replacements under certain conditions.

Replacement Policy for Orders

Conditions for Replacement:

  • Replacement requests must be made within 10 days of order completion.
  • Issues must be identified before signing off on or taking delivery of the order.
  • Items that have been worn, used, or altered are not eligible for replacement.

Rush Orders Policy:

Due to the expedited nature of rush orders, no returns or replacements are allowed. We strongly encourage customers to carefully review all details before confirming a rush order.


Replacement Merchandise Authorization (RMA) Process

Steps to Request an RMA:

  1. Inspect the Product:
    Verify that your reason for requesting a replacement aligns with our RMA policy (e.g., product defects or discrepancies from the approved proof).

  2. Submit a Written Request:
    Send an email to team@accenttshirts.com with the following details:

    • Order number
    • Detailed explanation of the issue
    • Photos or documentation supporting your request
  3. Await Confirmation:

    • Our customer service team will review your request and respond with further instructions.
    • Without confirmation, your RMA request cannot proceed.
  4. Follow Up if Needed:
    If you do not receive a response within a reasonable timeframe, contact us for an update.


Replacement Exclusions

  • Items already signed off and taken from our premises are considered approved by the customer.
  • If a problem arises after sign-off, we will attempt to correct the issue but will not issue a new replacement.
  • Rush Orders are not eligible for returns or replacements.
